Feeling overwhelmed?
Most new fitness business owners are slammed with so much administrative stuff to do especially when trying to grow their business.
The best thing I ever did was to hire an assistant to delegate the tasks you do not need to spend time doing.
All too often, the first thing that comes to mind is “cost.” But if you really crunch the numbers and think accurately about this decision, you’ll see it’s clearly an investment.
As the business owner, your sole job is to generate new leads and systematize your operation.
How can you find the time to do the marketing, innovating and selling necessary to grow – when you’re forever slammed with administrative tasks?
You can’t.
So the answer is to get help: to hire or outsource the admin.
15 hours/week at 12-15 dollars/hr = 180-225 dollars/week.
720-1000 bucks/month.
That’s only one or two new clients!
Do you think you could figure out how to get just one more client a month if you had 60 more hours to work ON your business each month?
That’s a full week+ of time…EVERY MONTH…you’d free up for public speaking, publicity, building strategic alliances, etc.
How to know what to outsource or delegate:
- Make a list of all of your “jobs.”
- Circle what brings in revenue.
- Circle what you like.
- Underline what don’t bring in revenue.
- Outsource or delegate what don’t bring in revenue and adds to your free time.
- Crush what is circled!
Remember, no one can do what you can do.
You are your business, block your schedule and stick to growing your business and delegate the rest!
To your success,
Coach Fred
