You’ve probably heard this before but seriously, this is a problem for many fitness business owners and trainers.
I was there too, just trying to make a paycheck.
This won’t last in our industry. We are in the relationship and people business.
We can’t just try to make a paycheck. You will fail.
It’s especially tempting when you get into a bind and your funds are low, I get it.
Imagine your paycheck being your reward at the end of the week. Sound good huh? But what if its low? What if you worked and did not get one? What if 10 clients cancelled?
You perception of your job would be bad but it’s not. We coach people. We are life changers. We are NOT paycheck getters.
Trust me, I know money is important, I have a family of 8 to support in the year 2016 and getting paid is fine but having a purpose and a mission is better.

Many people in the fitness industry are just looking for a way to make the next buck and ride the next wave.
I think you will be more successful and more fulfilled if you find the next way to impact lives on a positive basis.
Find ways to add value to the lives of everyone around you.
Combine your talents and abilities with serving others and BOOM, you have a calling.
I promise if you do this, your payday will come.
Do what you love and love what you do and you will make it big in many ways.
Never do something in our industry that involves other human beings just to make a dollar.
Live fulfilled.
